Enter its name, amount, three-letter currency code, billing cycle, and next charge date. You can also add a trial end date and cancellation lead days.

The inbox highlights cancellation deadlines due within seven days. Mark an item to keep, cancel, revisit later, or archive. “Cancel planned” is only your note; you must still cancel with the provider.

Renewal Radar schedules local iOS reminders at 09:00, seven, three, and one day before a cancellation deadline. If reminder status is BLOCKED, enable notifications under iOS Settings → Apps → Renewal Radar → Notifications, then retry reminder sync.

Settings can export a JSON backup through the iOS share sheet. Restore replaces the data currently on the device after you confirm. Backup files are readable plain text, so store them securely.

Choose Settings → Erase all local data and confirm. Deleting the app also removes its local data. Previously exported backup files must be deleted separately.

The app does not sync automatically between devices. Move data manually by exporting a backup on one iPhone and restoring it on another.
