Guidance for creating groups, adding time zones, reviewing overlaps, and reporting a problem.
Getting started
- Create a group and choose a future date range.
- Add 2–6 people with an IANA time zone, weekdays, and local available hours.
- Choose the minimum overlap duration.
- Find overlaps and expand a window to see every participant's local time.
Why do I see a DST conflict?
A local time may not exist during a spring-forward transition or may occur twice during a fall-back transition. The app fails visibly instead of guessing. Adjust the affected person's availability and run the search again.
Why might a future result change?
Governments can change time-zone rules, and devices receive updated IANA data through operating-system updates. Confirm critical meetings with every participant.
Export, copy, and share
Settings can export saved groups. Results can be copied or shared as text. Cancelling the system share sheet does not change saved data.
Report a problem
Email support@shangyingai.cn with the group's time zones, date range, local hours, app version, iOS version, and visible warning. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
