Guidance for selecting photos, choosing formats, reviewing outputs, and reporting a problem.
Getting started
- Choose up to 20 product photos.
- Select one or more output formats, or enter a custom size.
- Choose crop focus and JPEG quality.
- Prepare the batch and review each output before saving or sharing it.
Why did an output fail?
A photo can fail because of an unsupported or damaged source, invalid dimensions, insufficient memory or storage, or photo-library permission. Successful outputs remain available. Use “Retry failed outputs only” after correcting the problem.
Are originals changed?
No. Listing Photo Prep generates new JPEG copies and does not edit or delete selected originals.
Will metadata be preserved?
Not necessarily. Outputs are newly generated JPEG files and may not preserve every source metadata field.
Report a problem
Email support@shangyingai.cn. Include the source number, requested size, app version, iOS version, and visible error message. Do not send personal photos unless strictly necessary and you have permission to share them.
